Job Description

  • Lead sales operations for IT Software Services to the FS Industry in Thailand
  • Manage a $30M+ portfolio and secure high-value deals
  • Develop profit plans and set annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support team goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT Software Services sales in Thailand, closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Proven track record of developing relationships and closing deals with C-level stakeholders in the Financial Industry
  • Proven track record in a major IT Software Services company
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in market analysis and relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
