Job Description

  • Design user experience for apps and responsive websites
  • Design back office website and improve contact center officer's experience
  • Create user stories, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research both qualitative and quantitative to better understand user behaviors and insight
  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing to evaluate designs
  • Collaborate effectively with UI Designer to deliver a high-quality experience that fit user's needs
  • Deliver possible user cases, flows, and logics for each release with the Engineering team
  • Responsible for web design strategy and action plan in collaboration with the branding, communication, and software development team

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in interaction design with user-centered design methodologies and usabilities
  • Experience with visual and interaction design tools including working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in collaborating with UX designer, branding, communication, and software engineer teams
  • Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams such as UI designer, branding, communication, and software engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and design ownership skills
