With a strong focus on research, design, and personalized beauty solutions, it continues to elevate brand equity through technology, product excellence, and refined customer engagement.Job DescriptionSupport the creation and execution of brand and marketing strategies, including 360° product launch plans.Develop trade strategies by channel, propose trade marketing plans, and collaborate with department store buyers to maximize sales, visibility, profitability, and EBIT.Work closely with the sales team to strengthen sales performance and market share.Propose pricing, promotional, and sampling strategies.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on product analysis by category and segment.Build and execute eCommerce strategies and commercial plans across marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Central Online), chat & shop, and brand.com, partnering with corporate eCommerce teams.Manage A&P budget and track ROI.Create digital marketing and 360° communication strategies aligned with corporate guidelines.Lead CRM initiatives, define customer journeys, and analyze CRM insights to support marketing planning.Assess competitive risks and opportunities to ensure sustained market share.Relationship building with all related stakeholder, e.g., SAPAC / Regional, Business Partner, Agency, Third party, Online/Offline Retailer, KOLsConsolidate and align to team, cross team.Coaching, monitoring Marketing team, subordinate team to develop team member.Manage all forecasting (saleable and non-saleable items): enter forecast in system for initiatives based on benchmark, and retailer feedback.
