Job Description

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 5 members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop, test, and maintain applications and services in an agile environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Design and implement system architecture and infrastructure.
  • Support application deployment and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Participate in Agile processes (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  • Prepare reports and documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with support, operations, and marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software engineering and IT.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, covering all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in web development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and database design.
