About Our Client

Our client is a leading renewable energy firm based in Thailand, specializing in solar power generation and distribution. It has a strong domestic presence with extensive solar rooftop projects and significant international investments, including overseas projects, contributing to global sustainable energy efforts.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, national laws, and safety standards, including the development and updating of ESMS, HSE, and OHS policies.
  • Conduct internal and external safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards, ensure legal compliance, and mitigate risks across operations, including construction sites.
  • Arrange and lead safety training for employees and stakeholders, promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness, while ensuring continuous education on ISO standards and sustainability goals.
  • Drive the company's sustainability strategy, including carbon footprint reduction, net-zero initiatives, and environmental certifications, while working closely with all departments and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
  • Ensure that all HSE documents are compliant with ISO certifications, regularly review and update processes to meet standards, and oversee the effective implementation and maintenance of ISO requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to manage environmental and social risks, ensuring all health, safety, and sustainability measures are effectively integrated into operational workflows.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified in safety professional level as per Thai safety law.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Over 5 years of experience in ESMS, QHSE, ESG, Sustainability, and ISO, with at least 3 years in the safety field or construction site supervision.
  • Knowledge of ISO certifications and environmental, health, and safety management systems.
  • Ability to travel to various sites, including remote locations, and hold a valid driver's license.
