Job Description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize production planning processes including Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to meet operational goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure proper stock availability while minimizing waste and holding costs.
  • Supply Planning: Create and execute effective supply plans to ensure smooth production workflows and timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) teams and capacity planners to align supply strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as the master data lead for Excel, leveraging advanced data analysis techniques and implementing standardized templates for efficiency and consistency.
  • Drive future projects to implement paperless systems for MRP and MPS, acting as the lead in process innovation and operational transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on experiences in supply chain management, supply planning, production planning from manufacturing business.
  • Strong command in MS Excel with ability to manage the master data and implementing the system
  • Fluent command in English communication skill
  • Strategic mindset with strong leadership skills and coordinating skill.
