Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock management to meet demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain workflows.
  • Analyse supply chain performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards within the life science industry.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven end-to-end supply chain management, including S&OP, planning, purchasing, order management, import-export, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Skilled in SAP
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional English communication skill
