Job Description

  • Lead and execute end-to-end supply planning processes to optimize inventory and production schedules.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a results-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in warehouse logistics.
  • Manage third-party logistics providers and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on supply planning and warehouse logistics.
  • Proven experience in leading cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain systems, ERP, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
