Job Description

Applies expertise across multiple specialization areas, adhering to established standards and policies.

Solves diverse, complex issues through analytical evaluation of relevant data and factors.

Accountable for the quality of external suppliers' deliverables, influencing outcomes and resolving conflicts efficiently.

Provides leadership and guidance to work groups or project teams, coaching staff and sharing expertise.

Pursues new opportunities to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

Manages qualification processes, transitioning products from NPI to mass production and ensuring optimal design and manufacturing.

Communicates technical information and project status effectively with teams and customers, supporting operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

Six to eight years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably in rack or sheet metal component manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.

Advanced proficiency with CAD tools (such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and expertise in design for manufacturability.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, including root cause analysis methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
