Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Business Intelligence, Business Strategy within the organisation's technology department.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics tools and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of data management systems.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts to foster professional development and ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into the department's practices where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing data analytics projects within the retail industry or a related sector.
