The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Strategy Team Lead should have:

  • Over 10 years of experience in FP&A and strategic finance
  • Proven leadership in managing finance teams
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and cost analysis
  • Experience in competitive analysis and cross-functional finance
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
