Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain retention and resolve any inquiries or complaints.
  • Drive consistency within the team to achieve high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Use the Customer Service measuring programme (Observation Checklist) to monitor and improve performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by analyzing Oracle reports (Wall Sales, Branch Review, Top Sales, etc.) to guide decisions.
  • Manage in-store devices to maximize product range and sales opportunities.
  • Follow the weekly visual merchandising brief, ensuring high standards and attractive product displays.
  • Develop and train team members, track internal progress, and ensure completion of necessary E-Assessments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years experience in retail management or other relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in using business software (Microsoft Office suite, retail management software).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • A degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
