Job Description

  • Lead store operations to deliver premium EV experiences and sales growth.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a team of 10 to achieve excellence.
  • Drive KPIs and performance through data-driven decisions and proactive strategies.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and flawless brand representation at all times.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives to boost visibility and community engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Store Manager should have

  • 8+ years of retail experience with a strong track record in sales performance and team leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 8+ staff, with proven leadership results
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Adaptable, self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
