Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain technology solutions tailored to the pension sector within the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of technology systems to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage a team of technology professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all technology solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technology-related queries and issues within the pension department.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate innovative solutions into the organisation's operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Technical Solution-Asset Management Product should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technology solutions within the insurance , securities or investment industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of pension-related systems and processes.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to oversee team and project deliverables.
