Our client is a well-established pet brand in Southeast Asia, offering a wide range of cat products such as canned food and natural pine litter. It's commonly found in major pet retailers and is known for its good value and appeal to picky cats, making it a trusted choice among cat owners in the region.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales & marketing operations team to align with strategic goals and drive performance across the Thai market.
  • Oversee sales processes including forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement CRM tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency and support regional sales teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing; Master's is a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles; Sales & Marketing, preferably within the pet or FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership with multi-market or regional team management experience (Team 26 staffs)
  • Strong in data analysis, CRM tools, and driving process improvements
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent cross-functional and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work at Pathumthani area
