Our client is a leading Singapore-based player in the ornamental fish and pet accessories world. Join their fast-growing Thailand team based in Pathumthani and be part of an exciting Pet products industry!

Job Description

  • Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure alignment with business goals and targets
  • Drive process improvements, CRM tools, and performance tracking for efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for smooth execution
  • Analyze sales data to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Support market expansion, dealer management, and team development across Thailand



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing; Master's is a plus
  • 8-10 years in sales operations or sales & marketing roles, preferably in pet products (food, supplies, or related) industry
  • Proven leadership with multi-market or regional team management experience.
  • Strong in set up data, data analysis, CRM tools, and driving process improvements, and operation excellence.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent cross-functional and stakeholder communication skills.
