Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for custom CRM projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage project budgets with cost-control measures, conducting regular financial reviews to optimize resources.
  • Oversee HR-related functions for project staffing, training, and resource alignment to support project goals.
  • Strategically allocate resources across projects to balance workloads and maintain project timelines.
  • Drive process improvements for effective information gathering, client collaboration, and project execution.
  • Proactively lead with a fast-paced, solution-oriented approach to meet client needs and support business growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in CRM or software development.
  • Proven expertise in budget management and cost control with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in HR and resource allocation within a project setting, with knowledge of staffing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable leadership style.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
