Job Description

  • Lead and guide an engineering or project team to ensure effective planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee full project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and adherence to established methodologies and standards.
  • Responsible for high-value CAPEX management and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in alignment with organisational expectations and quality guidelines.
  • Provide technical direction and support to enhance project delivery, solve complex issues, and strengthen overall engineering capability.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve operational or engineering standards to ensure consistency and alignment with broader organisational frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices, optimising processes, and encouraging innovation within the team.
  • Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance support, and creating an environment that fosters growth and accountability.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent technical field.
  • Extensive experience in engineering and project management, ideally including oversight of large‑scale or complex projects with high values.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision‑making and build alignment among diverse teams and partners.
  • Preferred attributes include organisational agility, collaborative working style, and proven capability in leading and developing high‑performing teams.
