Job Description

  • Proposal Creation: Take the lead in developing proposals that address customer requirements effectively.
  • System Design and Execution: Design, test, implement, migrate, and integrate systems tailored to customer needs.
  • Compliance and Feasibility Assessment: Ensure adherence to Terms of Reference (TOR) by verifying the feasibility of requirements and preparing comprehensive proposals and Bills of Materials (BoM).
  • SOW Clarification: Clarify the Statement of Work (SOW) and estimate the necessary man-days and costs for system implementation or migration.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee collaboration with partner vendors to facilitate project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Service Team to share technical insights and advance project initiatives.
  • Customer Support: Offer technical assistance to customers, resolving issues and enhancing their experience.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform testing and troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in a System Integrator role with a focus on implementation and support.
  • Experience in presales activities, showcasing effective customer interaction and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation, especially with: VMware, DELL/HEP Server/Storage solutions, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solutions, Backup Solutions
