This role leads the Human Resources function in an electronics manufacturing environment, driving HR strategy and operational excellence to support business growth. The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with plant leadership to strengthen organizational capability, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and employee ownership.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives
  • Develop and implement career development and succession programs for high-potential employees and future leaders
  • Promote a culture of quality excellence, commitment, innovation, and continuous self-improvement
  • Partner closely with line supervisors and managers on people management and workforce planning
  • Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Provide guidance on labor law compliance and modern HR practices
  • Support and advise on compensation & benefits matters (experience in this area is an advantage)
  • Strengthen employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations within the plant environment



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRD/HRM, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations
  • Strong background in multinational manufacturing environments
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR/learning practices
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong HR strategic thinking and ability to translate plans into practical HR initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment
