Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure engineering capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional leaders to support customer programs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee process, product, and equipment engineering activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership to site operations, define technology roadmaps, and partner with corporate and regional teams to drive cost reduction and performance improvements.
  • Model company Core Values while driving talent development, succession planning, coaching, and overall employee engagement within the engineering organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven people leadership and management experience within a manufacturing or EMS environment.
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing/process engineering, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support complex customer programs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
