The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Business Intelligence team should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data modeling.
  • Proven expertise in business intelligence and data analysis within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and technologies.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental collaboration.
  • A solid understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
  • Experience in implementing business intelligence strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
