Job Description

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models for various applications within the technology department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Research and implement best practices for machine learning architecture and deployment.
  • Test and validate predictive models to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior team members.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the department's AI/ML initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 7 years of experience in system architecture and design.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex platforms and enterprise solutions.
  • Expertise in integrating applications at the enterprise level.
  • Hands-on experience with message delivery systems beyond standard networks, such as TIBCO RVD.
  • Solid understanding of network and infrastructure architecture.
  • Proficient in data architecture, design, and management.
  • Familiar with cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Skilled in data modeling and database design, including Oracle, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
  • Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent skills in technical documentation and communication.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Holds relevant certifications in cloud architecture or systems design.
