Job Description

  • Own and grow a key national modern trade account with full P&L responsibility.
  • Build and nurture strong retail relationships to drive joint business planning and performance.
  • Lead annual negotiations, including trading terms, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee execution in-store, ensuring merchandising, visibility, and activation excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-marketing, supply chain, and sales-for seamless operations.
  • Guide and align field sales teams to ensure consistent execution of key account plans.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and contribute to broader business development initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Thai national with 6-7 years of experience in key account management, ideally within modern trade or FMCG retail channels.
  • Strong understanding of Thailand's retail environment, with a proven track record of managing large retail partners.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented-comfortable taking ownership and making quick, impactful decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable, adaptable, and able to influence across functions.
  • Basic English communication; strong Thai fluency required.
