Job Description

  • Provide daily technical support to end users and ensure the proper functioning of computers, network equipment, and printers.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
  • Manage IT assets, track inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security systems, and antivirus solutions.
  • Perform first‑level troubleshooting for scheduled server backups, system monitoring tasks, and routine reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Upper intermediate English communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN, and switching fundamentals
  • Experience with Windows Server administration; exposure to Linux servers is an advantage
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a plus but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with configuring network devices (Cisco equipment preferred)
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and knowledge-base articles
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
