Job Description

Join us in driving private equity investments in Thailand! Your role involves:

  • Identifying investment opportunities and evaluating them rigorously.
  • Collaborating with C-level executives and boards to manage investments, offering strategic guidance.
  • Analyzing industries and companies, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Developing investment strategies and implementing growth initiatives for portfolio companies.
  • Leading due diligence efforts and managing transaction agreements.
  • Supporting portfolio companies to enhance business growth and create value.
  • Providing regular investment updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Expertise in executing M&A transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, commercial capabilities, and sound business judgment.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
