Job Description

  • Strategic HR Management: Oversee and direct the HR functions across various business units in Thailand, ensuring alignment with Group HR strategies, including recruitment, compensation, development, and employee relations.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and programs related to manpower planning, compensation, performance management, and career development, ensuring consistency with Group HR standards.
  • Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, manage performance evaluations, and handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Remuneration and Budgeting: Direct the creation of competitive remuneration policies, manage the annual performance management process, and oversee budgeting and personnel cost management.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and oversee the implementation of HR policies and initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Change Leadership and Talent Development: Lead change initiatives, engage in succession planning, develop employee and managerial competencies, and enhance the capabilities of the HR team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in a regional or global organization.
  • Familiar with working in multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong coaching and educational skills.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Agile in matrix organizations with change management expertise.
