Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, including optimizing accounts receivable and cash flow management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax authorities to manage monetary activities and compliance.
  • Coordinate with other branches for integrated financial transactions.
  • Manage the budget, control costs, and provide detailed financial reports.
  • Analyze and monitor joint venture activities and coordinate purchasing processes.
  • Handle legal and tax matters with external consultants and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement and monitor security and compliance protocols, including anti-fraud measures.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in international companies.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills is preferred.
  • Reliable, decisive, mature, and innovative with strong managerial capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and good proficiency in English; skilled in computer literacy.
  • Commitment to uphold corporate values and ethical standards.
  • Responsible and capable of working under strict service level agreements.
