Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain accurate product cost structures across materials, labor, and overhead within an ERP environment
  • Develop cost estimates for new products, assess pricing scenarios, and evaluate margin impact
  • Validate production structures such as bills of materials and routing logic in collaboration with technical and operations teams
  • Lead month-end cost closing activities and ensure accuracy of cost-related system outputs
  • Investigate deviations between planned and actual costs, identify underlying drivers, and recommend corrective actions
  • Track profitability by product line and escalate unusual cost or margin movements
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term production cost planning
  • Ensure correct valuation and movement tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
  • Participate in stock counts and analyze variances between physical inventory and system records
  • Review manufacturing efficiency indicators such as yield losses, scrap, and process waste
  • Produce regular cost reports and insights for management decision-making
  • Act as a finance partner to operations, procurement, R&D, and supply chain to support cost improvement initiatives
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory and cost accounting
  • Prepare cost and production reports required for regulatory or government submissions
  • Perform special financial analyses and cross-functional projects as required



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Costing professional should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and costing methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.



What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from THB 864000 to THB 1056000.
  • Additional benefits, including a maximum allowance of THB 80000, VB 1, and PF 5% (post probation of 119 days).
  • Group insurance coverage, including OPD/IPD, and dental benefits up to THB 2500.
  • Annual leave entitlement ranging from 6 to 15 days.
  • Standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
