Job Description

Key Responsibilites

  • Oversee regional after‑sales operations, ensuring high service quality, efficient processes, and consistent standards across all markets.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, issue resolution, and proactive service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain service quality frameworks, technical standards, and compliance programs.
  • Drive parts and service growth in the region by identifying new opportunities, expanding customer portfolios, and improving market penetration.
  • Collaborate with country teams to shape service strategies, pricing models, and long‑term business plans.
  • Support the development of new service offerings, including refurbishment programs and value‑added solutions.
  • Manage annual service budgets, revenue targets, and profitability metrics for regional after‑sales activities.
  • Implement effective controls to optimize resource use and minimize risk.
  • Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards for leadership visibility and decision‑making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop service teams across the region to improve productivity, technical competence, and overall performance.
  • Partner with technical principals to implement training roadmaps and certification programs for technicians.
  • Oversee regional workshop standards and ensure alignment of tools, processes, and safety compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in after‑sales, service management, or related commercial roles, including at least 2-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team‑leadership skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of operating in a regional, multi‑country environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with modern digital tools.
  • English proficiency required; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
