Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as finance partner for SEA markets, providing insights and recommendations to support brand and channel strategies.
  • Develop and assess ROI for trade promotions, marketing investments, and new product launches.
  • Build business cases for NPD and track pre/post‑launch performance.
  • Analyze channel and customer profitability; support trade term optimization.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑term planning across markets.
  • Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis to highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support working capital and cash flow forecasting with cross‑functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SEA commercial finance partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Thai speaker with good English proficiency.
