Job Description

Market Development & Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and experiential environments.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.



Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, developers, and design consultants.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into customised solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development.



Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, technical) to ensure seamless delivery.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional leadership and global teams to align on strategic priorities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions.



Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and client communications.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance and market trends.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within retail solutions, commercial interiors, or technology-enabled environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong network within the retail or commercial real estate sectors in Thailand is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
