Job Description

  • Serves customers by selling spare parts and service plan in order to meet customer needs.
  • Recommends changes in parts and services, by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Empathize situation of the customers to generate sale opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship.
  • Report market prospects & opportunities, competitor's activities & threats and sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 1 year experiences in selling spare parts and service plan.
  • Experience in conducting sales activities to warehouse or freight and logistic customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical school certificate holder.
  • Own strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyse complicated issues.
  • Be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage.
  • Result driven with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
