Job Description

Individual Contributor:

  • Work with local clients, wholesalers, and distributors to expand market presence.
  • Manage and achieve sales targets within the assigned sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.



Team Manager:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Take care of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute market expansion plans.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Sales Experience in Automotive field: Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within the Lubricant, Tyre, Battery or Spare parts industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Capable of developing and executing strategies to drive market expansion and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
  • A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
