They emphasize a strategic approach to growth, partnering with distributors and retailers to drive business success across various sales channels.Job DescriptionDrive the successful execution of the sales strategy and activation plans across all channels, with a primary focus on Modern Trade, but also including General Trade, Foodservice, and E-commerce.Boost sales revenue in key retail targets by developing tailored customer plans and implementing in-store projects, promotional, and merchandising programs in collaboration with trade marketing.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and insights to optimize market plans, proactively addressing and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.Collaborate closely with the distributor key account team and brand management to ensure proper representation of the initiatives within the distributor team, including conducting monthly business reviews and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retailers in Thailand and Cambodia.Ensure timely and complete execution of all plans while identifying key growth opportunities and quick wins to drive volume and enhance distribution (track distribution points).Oversee and manage third-party agencies engaged, such as sampling, exhibition, and gift-with-purchase (GWP) agencies, ensuring projects meet standards and guidelines. Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely and full execution of activations.Foster operational excellence by overseeing merchandising operations and ensuring superior in-store execution.Execute perfect store standards and maintain merchandising guidelines across primary and secondary displays, including coordinating planogram rollouts with distributors and retailers.Identify and recommend suitable stores for investment opportunities, including roadshows and promoter sampling activations.Manage and train merchandisers from distributors, ensuring they follow detailed checklists for in-store execution.Ensure marketing activations are executed on time and in full, in alignment with trade plans.Regularly track business metrics and hold quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders (internal/external) to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
