Job Description

  • Ensure the team provides comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Take ownership of annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly, manage sales tracking, and oversee project pipelines.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing strategies, and expense controls to achieve sales objectives within budget.
  • Design and execute marketing programs in the assigned territory to drive business growth and expand market reach.
  • Prepare monthly financial reviews, updating sales performance risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews with the team and adjust strategies as per local, regional, and global requirements.
  • Forecast product demand to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate adherence to codes of conduct, ethics, compliance policies, and directives.
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees, including recruitment, selection, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience managing sales and marketing functions in the healthcare industry. Cardiovascular products experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in the hospital channel with a solid understanding of the local healthcare market, hospital hierarchy, business concepts, and quality procedures.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and customer focus.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Ability to cultivate effective working relationships within a matrix environment, both with direct reports and colleagues.
