Our client is a well-established luxury automotive dealership located in Pattaya, known for representing one of the world's most prestigious car brands. Job Description



  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share and customer base.


  • Ensure exceptional customer relationship management in line with luxury brand standards.


  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to enhance the overall customer journey.


  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.



The Successful Applicant



  • 7 years of sales management experience, preferably in the luxury or premium automotive segment, and is open to electric vehicle (EV) innovations


  • Proven leadership in managing and motivating a 9-member sales team to achieve high performance


  • Skilled in communication, negotiation, and building strong client relationships


  • Fluent in Thai and English, with solid business acumen and experience working with international leadership (German boss)


  • Deeply passionate about the luxury automotive industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
