Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and achieve consistent revenue growth within the designated territory.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, creating a high-performance environment and fostering ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the intervention systems portfolio.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with healthcare institutions, securing favorable terms and conditions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and track key sales performance metrics, generating insightful reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.
  • Understands customer needs, builds strong relationships, delivers solutions, and consistently follows through on commitments with honesty and integrity.
  • Identifies and improves work processes, fosters innovation, and applies creative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Works well with others across the organization, values diverse perspectives, and communicates effectively in various settings to achieve shared goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrably successful experience in a sales management role, preferably within the medical device industry or a related healthcare segment.
  • In-depth understanding of the medical device market and the cardiovascular/interventional radiology landscape.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
