You will work closely with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end users to identify opportunities, understand project needs, and deliver effective cooling solutions tailored to mission‑critical facilities.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle-from market development and early engagement to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project closing. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of cooling or mechanical systems, and the ability to build long‑term relationships across the data center ecosystem. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for heat exchanger solutions within the data center segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end users.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: technical discussions, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and regional teams to deliver optimized solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings.

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in HVAC, cooling systems, heat exchangers, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong connection with Data Center Business.
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer equipment or engineered solutions.
  • Experience selling into the data center sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
