About Our Client
Our client specializes in the development, manufacturing, sales and services of central air-conditioning and refrigeration. They have four factories located in China and Malaysia.
* According to company policy and business development strategies, complete performance targets.
* Regularly visit customers, to maintain good customer relations.
* Actively develop new markets and develop new customers.
* Timely capture market information, provides reasonable suggestions.
* Under the sales headquarters leadership, and closely with various departments to complete the work.
* Develop marketing plans, determine sales policy, design sales model.
* Sales channels and customer management. Improve and enhance brand awareness, arrange seminar, training and the other promotion meeting, participate in exhibitions.
* Financial management, countermeasures to prevent bad debts, accounts for recycling.
* Timely summary of sales, reporting and put forward reasonable proposals.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* 3-8 years experience in selling Air Conditioners, Air Compressors and related products.
* Experience working with contractors within commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc.
* Familiar with export and import operation process and policy
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of English, Chinese-speaking personnel has priority
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills both on technical and commercial aspects;
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business sense to drive growth, but to nurture and protect existing market position at the same time
* Multidimensional thinker who is capable of high persuasion and has the ability to close deals
* Must own a car
