Job Description

  • Develop and implement growth sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, partnerships, and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and direct customers.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and financial goals.
  • Continuously evaluate performance and recommend improvements for business development processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in the fuel and/or oil & gas industries, with proven experience in technical sales.
  • Experience working with both upstream and downstream operations, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on solution selling and the ability to identify up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Hunter mindset with a proactive and aggressive approach to business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding million-dollar annual sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a senior role, managing budgets, sales strategies, and execution without close supervision.
  • Strong personality: flexible, driven, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
