Job Description

  • Develop and implement an annual sales plan focused on key clients and prospects to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Manage and follow up on client fragrance briefs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including evaluation, sampling, and marketing deliver high-quality support and service to clients.
  • Conduct price negotiations in accordance with the pricing policy set by management.
  • Conduct regular client visits to present our fragrance offerings and build strong business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports following each customer visit, ensuring proper follow-up and alignment with management objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to gather and relay customer feedback on fragrance submissions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience from fragrance, chemicals or related industries.
  • Established network with key clients in B2B - Personal Care.
  • Direct or indirect experience in the FMCG sector, Personal Care particularly with olfactive product categories.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
