Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand beverage and culinary offerings to chain accounts, hotels, QSR chains, and B2B food manufacturers.
  • Conduct daily in-person sales calls to build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven sales presentations using marketing and insights materials.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to initiate and achieve business objectives.
  • Gather market and customer insights, analyze performance, and forecast trends to identify areas for commercial improvement.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell ingredients, presenting tailored solutions to customers.
  • Recruit new customers for the Food & Beverage Solutions platform to broaden market reach.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing engagement, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the product offerings and sales processes.
  • Develop long-term, value-generating relationships with customers, aiming to increase sales and margins.
  • Align commercial strategies with all key stakeholders, including product, category, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with IQFS & Operations to align sales strategies with technical and operational capabilities.
  • Oversee supply chain management for key accounts, including inventory tracking and management, ensuring timely stock rotation and liquidation.
  • Work closely with logistics and support staff to ensure smooth contract execution and inventory management.
  • Participate in trade fairs and external events to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of the product portfolio.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in business, food science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in food ingredients or solutions, with an advantage for those experienced in the beverage or savory and culinary categories.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management, including the development of differentiated customer solutions.
  • Results-oriented sales professional with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Understanding of basic financial metrics, such as gross profit calculations.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with marketing and R&D teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to stay updated on market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Good technical understanding of the product offerings.
