About Our Client
Our client is a multi-national's company who based in different countries around the globe. The firm provides products and solution supporting building construction sectors and manage sales through directs and distributors. The company is currently expanding in Thailand and allow their employees to grow in their career.
* Building up database and knowledge in target segments (Government, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Health Care and Datacentre)
* Implementing sales and marketing strategies to support the sales team's goals and ensures business growth in the Company
* Selling the Company's products and services (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, etc,) and identifying market needs and operates sales and marketing strategies.
* Developing a long-term approach for influencing the key players and generating new markets
* Creating, and maintaining relationships with all stake holders' clients / customers / partners / official bodies in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Providing all kinds of technical/ engineering supports towards clients and internal operations teams when needed.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor or master's degree in an engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
* At least 15 years of hands-on experience in Sales or service in BMS/ IoT/ Security System or related.
* Strong connection with Contractor, Designer, Consultant and Enduser
* Some experience in managing a team
* Fluent in English communication
* Possess an excellent negotiation skill with self-motivated, leadership and results focused.
