Job Description

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations following a structured consultative sales process
  • Build trust with prospects through resort tours and product demonstrations
  • Convert leads into members and manage the full sales cycle, including closing and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with sales management to optimise performance and reduce cancellations
  • Provide excellent client service, responding to inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Positive, confident, and client-focused personality
  • Strong listening and questioning abilities
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
