About Our Client

Our client is a multi-national's company who based in different countries around the globe. The company develops, manufactures beverages. They are currently recruiting in Thailand to expand their business and support employees to grow in their career.

Job Description

  • Identify, develop & protect On Premise accounts in related regions using proper Route Planning.
  • Permanent analysis of the area and account specific business to find new opportunities and to expand distribution.
  • Promote cooperation and liaise with local Distributor's Sales Force.
  • Routinely perform Staff Training to ensure brand understanding, perfect serve, and encourage optimum pricing.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial partnership agreements.
  • Management of the local On-Premise budget and of all marketing tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Sales within on-premise market.
  • Good command of English
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Highly adaptable with a "can-do" attitude
