Job Description

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored elevator solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our product offerings and advantages to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects and excellent customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies and maximise market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide sales forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum University Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated sales experience.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in B2B sales, HVAC systems, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Understanding of elevator systems, components, and related technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Written and oral English language skills is vital.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to achieving sales targets and objectives.
