Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
  • Assess performance against goals, identify trends and forecast future sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to optimise performance.
  • Promote a culture of high-quality customer service within the team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and synergy.
  • Monitor market trends in the retail industry and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with the company's mission and values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the 1 Billion revenue sizing in retail, FMCG or any consumer industries.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team at least 20 members .
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical abilities and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.
