Ensure accurate sales forecasting and tracking of progress.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.Budget Management:Manage the sales budget and optimise resources to drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.Competitor & Market Intelligence:Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust strategies as needed.Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
