Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.



Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and strategic partnership.



Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets. Lead efforts to expand the company's customer base and market share.



Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to senior leadership. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and tracking of progress.



Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.



Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales budget and optimise resources to drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.



Competitor & Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust strategies as needed.



Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive success.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with key capabilities to drive project sales of large scale & size
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and market development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is essential for this role.
