Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional HR Leader to join their team. This role is ideal for a Thai national with extensive regional HR experience, having managed HR operations across multiple countries and led diverse HR teams. As the Regional HR Leader, you will be the key HR partner for the regional Head of HR and business leaders, ensuring the successful implementation and harmonization of HR initiatives across the assigned region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor for regional leaders, guiding the achievement of regional HR goals.
  • HR Initiative Implementation: Lead the roll-out of HR projects across the region, ensuring consistency across countries.
  • Policy & Process Management: Oversee HR policy implementation, process management, and customization to meet regional needs.
  • Service Delivery & Governance: Ensure top-tier service delivery and act as the gatekeeper for HR processes and frameworks in the region.
  • Workforce Planning & Leadership: Collaborate on strategic workforce planning and manage local HR teams, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • HR Analytics & Knowledge Transfer: Monitor HR KPIs, manage operational HR aspects, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the region.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional HR leadership role, managing HR operations across multiple countries and leading HR teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to harmonize and implement HR strategies across diverse regions.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR processes, IT tools, data analysis, and HR policy implementation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
